Meet the Owners

Assisted Living of Paradise Valley is owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team who are actively involved in the day-to-day care of the home.

Adina, BSN, RN serves as the licensed manager and clinical lead, bringing hands-on nursing oversight and accountability to every aspect of care. Her leadership ensures residents receive thoughtful, professional support tailored to individual needs.

Her husband oversees operations and management, helping ensure the home runs smoothly, caregivers are properly supported, and families receive clear communication and follow-through.

Together, they are present, engaged, and committed—because quality care requires ownership that shows up.

Nurse-Led Care You Can Trust

Care at Assisted Living of Paradise Valley is overseen by a licensed Registered Nurse who is present, engaged, and actively involved in daily operations. Clinical decisions, care coordination, and staffing are guided by professional nursing standards—not absentee ownership or remote oversight.

Our approach prioritizes safety, dignity, and consistency through hands-on leadership and clear clinical accountability.
